Small Patriotic Semi-Stretchy Bracelet

This small bracelet is designed for adults with wrists under 6 1/2 inches in diameter.  The red, white, and blue rubber rings have a minor amount of stretch, but the gold and silver colored anodized aluminum rings limit that.  Because the total length of the bracelet is 6 1/2 inches, it would be uncomfortable on anyone with a larger arm than that.  The stretch is just about enough to get it over the knuckles.  This bracelet is not designed for children.

The red, white, and blue rings are EPDM rubber.  The gold and silver rings are anodized aluminum.  There are no other components.
