Rainbow Shaggy Tag Earrings

Shaggy small round tags of anodized aluminum, each about 1/3 inch diameter, are arranged in a rainbow hanging on silver-colored rings. There is a small red circle bead at the bottom of the mass of tags.  The total length is about 1 1/2 inch.
